Peta Takes A Weird Approach
Poor Cooking Mama is being portrayed as a villainous and evil creature by animal activist group, PETA. Apparently the Nintendo video game focused to heavily on virtually cooking meat products for PETA’s liking, so, in turn, they have come out with their own Cooking Mama game.
Their version is a little more labor intensive for poor Cooking Mama, who must now go the extra mile, in plucking her turkeys, removing their intestines and even conducting their be-headings herself!
Frankly, methinks Peta must have too much money burning holes in their pockets, when they have the resources to devote to the attacking of rather-innocent video games.
Here’s what PETA’s Joel Bartlett had to say on the manner,
“She looks innocent enough – a happy woman who has a twinkle in her eye and loves to cook – but if you take just a minute to think about what happens to the animals who are killed for Mama’s meals, a fun cooking game no longer seems quite so innocent.”
