Recently Delve Networks from Seattle and the marketing firm based in Houston Marion Montgomery have teamed up to create TroopTube. The site is a video-sharing portal that focuses solely on members of the military and their families. Delve programmed the back-end and Marion Montgomery did the front-end design work.

Both companies were recruited by Military Onesource, which is a military program developed by the Defense Department, to launch TroopTube. The website will provide video services to 4 million members of military, National Guard, the reserves, and all their families. The website allows troops to upload and share video, provide video ratings, conduct video searches, and comment on videos.

TroopTube was created after the Department of Defense blocked access to sites such as YouTube and MySpace  due to security reasons and high bandwidth usage.
