Now that the movie industry is into taking such positive steps, I firmly believe that very soon the software giants would do the same. And why won't there be piracy in the under-developed nations? A simple software package like MS Office 2003 is priced more than the GNP (average income of a person in a year) of those countries! There lies talented individuals, but don't have the resources to purchase the softwares.
