Just got the shaft from Norton. Have a three user license, currently installed on 2 systems but cannot activate third because their database shows 8 installations! Their solution, after hours on the phone and in tech support chat: Buy More! I am so absolutely frustrated with them I am beside myself. Would love to see them hit by a class action. The upside, downloaded Kaspersky. Faster, less intrusive and better protection.

I don’t have a product key for AntiVirus 2007. The only way to get a legal key is to buy the software.

Hi Uma,

There is no automatic way to download Norton AntiVirus with a valid product key from a CD version. Symantec may be able to send you a replacement CD or give you a link to download it once you verify with them.

We had purchased Norton Antivirus 2006(1 year subscription in august, 2006). We uninstalled it to fix some problem and tried installing again and found that Antivirus CD is empty.

Is there any way to install Norton Antivirus online if we have a valid key?

Hi My norton has nearly expired i have tried for days to renew my subscription but aol will not open whatever it is sending me. Please help can i renew by email?

Had my own experience back in 2003 when Norton AV “expired” and left a nasty little “program” on my computer that prevented browser windows from opening. Reformatting the hard drive was the only way to go. McAfee for me!

pls i was told to renew my norton internet subscription service key and i don’t know it and i ve not receiver any email for them just only given me sign of warning to renew my protection update subscription service.my problem now is just to type in my subscription key for the selected subscription service. however am in UK and am using HP pavilion dv4000 product which i bought this year 2006 and it has been protect since 2005.i ve only 4 day from now to update it can u give some help?
